The Quriiri text messaging service has a new look

Quriiri's logo and visual identity has been updated to reflect our promise to ”Experience the power of SMS to communicate.” Text messaging enables direct contact with customers and stakeholders and we want to be in the business of creating meaningful connections that benefit both businesses and customers. Our new logo and visual identity communicate the same things we want to communicate anyway: quality, caring and a desire to be a true partner to our customers. 

Better customer communication via SMS

From the beginning, Quriiri has focused on serving its customers. The name Quriiri conveys the essence of our brand - we want to help businesses communicate more effectively and connect with their customers via SMS. Text messaging reaches customers with confidence and our customers use SMS in a wide variety of ways.

”We've grown rapidly and we realised it was time to update the look to reflect where we are today. We wanted to improve the usability of the service and modernise the look and feel. The changes we have now made are part of a bigger picture that will be implemented in phases over the coming months,” says Quriiri's co-founder and Managing Director Lasse Lohikoski.

We are a partner for our customers

Over 250 million messages are sent through Quriiri every year. We are here to help our customers communicate and grow. We want to send the message that we are a support and partner to our customers. A fresher and more modern look aims to convey this spirit. We also want to be part of the evolution visually. Communication via SMS is straightforward, but it doesn't have to be boring and serious. 

”All communication - even in B2B - is still between people, not businesses. We don't want to be too technical or distant, our aim is to communicate useful and happy moments. The story behind our brand is about interaction. We help our customers towards a smoother interaction and we want interactions with us to be uncomplicated, useful and enjoyable. Our new look communicates this story,” says Quriiri's Marketing Manager Tanja Lipponen

Reliable, high quality and easy to use in the future

Many of our customers are progressive and successful companies. We want to stay at the same standard and evolve with them. Our service is a business SMS service that supports our customers' business. It should be reliable, high quality and easy to use. 

”Our new look has the core elements of our previous brand, but now with a more modern twist. Green is still our main colour, but in a new form. In addition, other colours will be used more, especially in marketing communications, to communicate joy and approachability. We want Quriiri to be recognisable to our customers and will continue to develop this identity in the future,” says Tanja. 

The service is constantly being developed based on our customers' wishes and feedback, and we hope to serve them even better in the future. The number of SMS messages sent by businesses has been increasing in recent years and is expected to continue to grow. Millions of group SMS messages, SMS surveys, SMS confirmations and reminders, promotional messages and important newsletters are sent through Quriiri every year.
