Henrika Hokkanen, better known as Henkku, has joined Quriiri as Business Development Manager. Henkku brings with her extensive experience in B2B sales, account development, and solution-based sales.
We asked Henku a few questions about his background, his first impressions, and what got him interested in Quriiri.
What is your role at Quriiril?
I started at Quriiri as a Business Development Manager. In my role, I help our new and existing customers streamline their customer communications using Quriiri. I work closely with our customers on implementation, communication development, and building long-term partnerships to ensure they get the most out of Quriiri’s services.
What got you interested in Quriiri?
Text messaging remains a highly effective communication channel for businesses in a wide range of contexts, and Quriiri is one of Finland’s leading text messaging service providers. It’s really exciting to be part of a domestic, agile, and growing company.
How has the beginning felt?
I’ve been given a really warm welcome. Quriiri has a relaxed and humorous atmosphere, which I really like. The customers are at the heart of everything we do, and the team here is extremely professional.
Tell me a bit about your background.
I have over 15 years of experience in sales and customer relations across various industries, with the last five years focused on solution sales to corporate clients. I have worked for companies such as Naava, Technopolis, and OP Pohjola, among others.
What is Quriiri like as a workplace?
In a small and agile company, you can really make a difference. Even though the atmosphere is relaxed, the team is passionate about their work, and customers are genuinely at the center of everything they do.
Where can I find you in your free time?
You'll most likely find me at the padel court in my free time. In addition to padel, I spend time with my family and children. I also actively serve as the chairperson of the Mothers In Business Northern Ostrobothnia local chapter, organizing various company visits and networking events.
I can process and generate text in many different languages.
