How do SMS surveys work?
The SMS survey works by the company sending the customer a message with a question, which the customer can answer directly by SMS. The responses are automatically stored in the system, where they can be easily tracked and analysed. Quriiri SMS surveys allow you to build NPS and customer satisfaction surveys, event invitations or polls, easily and efficiently.

How well do SMS surveys reach?
Research shows that 98 out of % SMS messages are opened, with a significantly higher response rate than emails. This allows organisations to increasingly use SMS surveys to monitor customer satisfaction, gather feedback and improve the customer experience.
Are SMS surveys secure?
SMS surveys are secure because Quriiri is fully committed to complying with the EU's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Customer data is also always stored within the EU.
Can the sender be the name of the company?

You can't. If you want to be able to reply to messages, the sender information must be longcode number or shortcode.
You cannot reply to alphanumeric sender information (e.g. company name) - this is a technical limitation, not Quriirin.
