Quriir interface redesign - frequently asked questions

The Quriiri SMS service interface is currently being redesigned and is already visible to our customers. We want to make Quriiri even smoother to use, so we are updating the look and feel to make it clearer and lighter.
As the reform is wide-ranging, it will not happen all at once. The old familiar version of Quriiri will still be available to you, while we develop the new one. On this page, we have compiled the most important changes and frequently asked questions.

Main reforms

1. Send text messages more smoothly than ever


New Message Campaign -tool makes it easy to create group text messages and campaigns. First choose whether you want to send or receive messages, and the interface will guide you through. The tool brings together the previous features of group messaging, feedback, polling and inbox applications. You can also schedule campaigns (note: sequential scheduling is not yet available). Instant messages -tool to send individual text messages quickly and easily.

2. New survey tool


With the new survey tool, you can easily build SMS surveys and see the structure of your survey at a glance. You can choose a ready-made base, such as NPS- or customer satisfaction survey and edit questions and response messages easily, or you can build your own survey using the tool. Sending surveys is possible longcode and shortcode.

3. Buy longcode numbers easily

You can now get longcode numbers directly from Settings > Numbers. You can get the number immediately. Longcode numbers enable two-way communication - start interactive communication right away!

Frequently asked questions

1. How can I try the new Quriiria?
Log in to Quriiri and select from the left menu or under your own name ”Try the new Quriiri!”.

2. When should you switch to the new version only?
You can switch immediately if you are sending group messages through the interface or taking NPS surveys.
On the old version side, you can still find Dialog, Routing and Integrations, Add Users, Reports and the RCS Editor.

3. Will the campaigns in the new version be visible in the old version?
They don't show up. Messages sent with the new version will remain on the new interface page.

4. And vice versa - will messages sent in the old version appear in the new message log?
Messages sent and received on the old version will not be transferred to the message log of the new interface.

5. Can I use the contacts and groups I have already created in the new version?
Yes. Contacts, groups and changes made to them are visible in both versions.

6. Did the blockers work?
Yes. If the contact is on the block list, no message will be sent to their number in the new version. (Messages will not be blocked when the phone number of the contact on the block list is the recipient of messages sent via Message Router routes.)

7. Do the reception numbers work in both versions?
Yes, longcode and shortcode both work. Please note that the reception number can only be used for one transaction at a time.

8. What else can I do in the new Quriiri?
The old version so far provides routing and integration, adding users and the RCS editor.
