What is Zapier?
Zapier is a web application that allows integration between different software and applications without the need for coding skills. You can connect different software and automate tasks by creating so-called ”zaps” that transfer information from one application to another. For example, when a new customer is added to a CRM, Zapier can be used to send a text message from Quriiri to this contact.
There are thousands of different applications and services available on Zapier. This allows data to flow seamlessly between different systems without the need for manual work and coding.
Simply put, Zapier makes it easy and automated for different applications to work together, saving time and improving work efficiency.
How does Zapier work?
Zapier allows you to automate a variety of simple tasks by combining two pieces of software. In practice, this means that you need to have a Zapier account to connect the software you want. The first software is called Trigger. This function triggers the automation or zap. A typical Trigger could be when a new subscriber enters the CRM software. Then, what happens next, or Action, is defined. An Action in this case could be, for example, sending a text message to the subscriber from Quriiri.
What can I do with the Quriirin Zapier automation?
Zapier allows you to perform a variety of automated operations. The integration allows you to:
1) Start sending messages based on a trigger from another application, or
2) triggers an event in another application when a message arrives at Quriiri.
Examples of integration use cases include:
- Sending text messages to new Hubspot / Salesforce / Pipedrive contacts
- Order confirmation messages by SMS when a customer makes a purchase on Shopify or any other e-commerce platform found on Zapier.
- Excel row update when the customer replies to an SMS.
