The Ärrä code is an electronic gift card from R-kiosk, which is sent by SMS to the consumer's mobile phone. By showing the Ärrä code at any of the more than 460 R-kiosks in Finland, the consumer can get the product attached to the code free of charge or at a discount.
The Ärrä code works like a gift card and can be linked to various products from the R-kiosk range. With the Ärrä code, your company can easily reward and remember customers, activate customers to take action, launch a product or remind them of its existence.
This is how easy it is to run a Ärrä code campaign
1. Choose your product
Select the product you want to use in your Ärrä code campaign. There are products from all different product categories, so you're sure to find the right product for your campaign!
2. Provide GSM numbers and message content
Please send us the GSM numbers of the recipients by email, either as an Excel or CSV file.
3. Choose a time to send
The campaign can be scheduled to run at a time of your choice.
4. Messages sent to customers
We will arrange for the Ärrä code text messages to be sent to the recipients at the desired time. Recipients can immediately collect their product from Ärrä after receiving the message.
