Text messaging is helping businesses connect with customers more effectively than ever before. We interviewed the co-founder of Quriiri Lasse Lohikoskea<\/strong> and asked how the SMS was going.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201dText messaging is doing better than ever and is being used more than ever in business communications. SMS is an effective, accessible and cost-efficient channel and that's why companies are using it. Beneficial communications include notifications, pin codes, confirmations and reminders. But yes, marketing messages are also sent. What companies have in common is the need to deliver information to the customer reliably and quickly<\/em>,\u201d Lasse says.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201dText messaging will continue to be used in business communications. Several studies support this claim. SMS is not going away, its use is only increasing worldwide. It will continue to be used for what it is best suited for, i.e. effective outreach,<\/em>\u201d says Lasse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n In the future, SMS will be joined by other forms of communication that will diversify and enrich mobile communication. RCS (Rich Communication Services) and MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service) are technologies that will be increasingly used in the future. <\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201dRCS will be the next step in mobile communications. With RCS, you can start communicating with your customers in a richer and more interactive way. SMS will certainly continue to be a secure and effective communication channel and RCS and MMS will work alongside it to provide more visual and interactive communication.<\/em>,\u201d says Lasse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n MMS is a technology that already exists and Lassen believes that it will be used more in the future, especially in business communications. MMS technology enables the transmission of images, sound and video in messages.
