Text messages often include a link to invite the recipient to read more on a website or take some other action. At the same time, people are warned not to click on links in SMS messages. What should you consider if you want to include links in your messages?&nbsp;<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>A link in a text message is a great way to activate the customer to go to the website. It is safe to click on the link if you recognise it as legitimate and are confident that it does not lead to a phishing or other scam site. If the link looks suspicious, it is not worth clicking on it. There is no need to fear or avoid including links in your messages, as long as you take into account the points below.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id='valta-linkinlyhennyksia'>Avoid link overflows<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The limited number of characters makes it attractive to use link-rolling services. However, we recommend avoiding these, as the final link address will not be visible. Recipients of messages may be suspicious of links that they do not know where they lead to anyway.
