So try to gather information about your customers that will help you target and personalise your messages. Collecting data is a great way to understand who your customers are and to create content that is relevant to them.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aim to collect data at the moment a person becomes a customer or joins your SMS list.
